Hi Chris,

Another great reason to do an inventory besides natural disasters would also be due to Theft, which happens everywhere. If a person has an inventory done and something valuable like electronics or jewelry is stolen, they have a way to identify it if recovered or be able to prove they own it to file an insurance claim.
