Chris: I need to get a real honest answer here. We are building a new home and had planned to use Avaire in kitchen dining laundry rooms. I just found out on the Furniture & Appliances FAQ page that you shouldn't install Avaire under kitchen cabinets and dishwashers. that is not acceptable with my husband the builder. Please call me to verify if there is any way we can install the tile correctly which would be first before installing the new cabinets and appliances on top of the tile.
