 Subject: 09-14-67 Female Kentucky

I was born in a Louisville hospital on September 14, 1967. I was put up for adoption by my birth mother. I'm unsure of her name or even how old she was. I was given the story that she was a nurse and wasn't married when she became pregnant with me, so she had no choice but to give me up. I'm also unsure of the accuracy of that story. I'm just curious to see if maybe she's out there somewhere.
