When posting in the heading put your birthday city,state, and in the body (here) put if you signed up with the state, or got non id.(non identifying information) which would have your parents ages, maybe siblings, maybe some schooling information etc.

Sign up on this registry. Plus sign up and check on registry.adoption.com Its a free (both these are) Mutual consent registry. So if someone googles your birthday and state, it will come up. Ask about the state laws. They can be found right here on this site, plus world wide laws for many countries.
