Billy was born in 1992 in Pgh Pa to William Stern and Sandy Dilling. He was given up for adoption that same year.
We are not sure if his given name at birth was kept as Billy. We don't know any info as far as who adopted Billy.
Any info to lead us to Billy would be appreciated. He would be about 31 or 32 now. We are not sure of his birth month.
My husband definitely wants to meet his brother.
