My daughter has just been diagnoised with cushing syndrom suppected cause is steriods for many year having to use steriods because of asthma. She has been realy sick and I have not been able to find a doctor who had a clue until a week ago and he said it is Cushing syndrome. She has severe back and rib pain and extream weight gain red round face severe weakness in legs and collaspes every day. She must have help getting around and she just keeps getting worse every day. Movement and car rides makes pain worse but she hurst in screaming pain on and off through out the day. I dont know how to help her the doct. said give him a few days to come up with treatment plan and mean while she cries and screams mom please help me get well please bring my happiness back mom please make me well. Help Help I need someone to talk to does anyone know what can help her and will they be able to get her well. She has been on and off steriods since birth for the asthma but not on them now oly when there is a serious flare up and she has had lots of them. What can be done is there hope Please help me Help her she is suffering so much.
