I prefer the blue/gray color scheme because it has more "punch". The brown scheme is dull and "muddy" looking.

The suggestion to have two schemes, used in alternating buildings, is a good idea. We all know about the monotony of a one color scheme, as we go from buildiing to building.

There should be more use of a more vibrant accent color (colors), especially in the elevator lobbies as one exits the elevators on the different floors, and at the end of corridors to create focal points to shorten the appearance of the long corridors and create some interest. Paint is cheap.
