Option A- 8 Captain
Sophisticated, warmer, lighter, quality look, non-institutional. Color scheme brings into the interior hallways, the color scheme/theme of the exterior appearance of buildings in the complex. The colors and design will hold up over time and changing tastes. Liked very much.
Option B - 6 Captain
Institutional look, cold, metallic, reminiscent of hospitals and cheap developments without the landscaping and amenities of WCA. My first impression is that I felt like I just walked onto a US Navy Destroyer ship. Color scheme tied to "metallic box look" so the scheme will be "dated" quickly and "look out of place" in upcoming years as societal tastes change. |
