Thank you for writing this today! I just wanted to write to say that I have had dreams the last two nights that have been alarming. The first one took place in my home town. The thing that stuck out in this dream was a large explosion that was set off near me along with a house blowing up off the face of the earth on the other side of me. I saw people running toward me as I prepared to move. At this point I woke up. The second dream was about a storm that was moving in. I knew this storm was going to be devistating but before I knew it; it was over. All I remember was the devistation of nothingness. There was absolutely nothing left for miles! I woke up at this point and knew that God was trying to get my attention. Just before going to bed last night my wife and I watched a movie about a lady's life before dying of cancer. I cant help but think that in the middle of this devistating disease; in the middle of a devistating life situation; in the middle of the devistation of death that God is still in control! Today I may face impossible situations, I may have some things blow up in my face, I may have to survive a storm that is devistating (such as death)...but I want to choose to take heart that my God has it all under control. "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." John 16:33 |
