After speaking with George Coolidge, the Holliston High School class of 1975 would like to plan its 40th reunion at the Franklin Elks on Saturday, October 10th 2015 from 6:30-11:30PM.
Committee member, Cyndee Ross Sweetser would like to meet George to complete the paper work and deliver the deposit.
The committee has the following questions:
Can you give us the price for linen and china vs. the included paper table coverings and serve ware?
Regarding the menu for the hot buffet #2, if we choose the following, what is the price?
Bread and Butter
Ceasar Salad
Roasted Potatoes
Chicken Parmesan
Sliced Steak in Marsala Sauce
Penne Pasta Alfredo (with Shrimp and Broccoli)
For the vegetarians, is it possible to have 1/2 pan of eggplant parm and 1/2 chicken parm?
May the committee decorate the Friday evening before? If so what time?
Do you have an MP3 connection and microphone for announcements? Committee member, John Cruz would like to visit the lodge / hall and determine what is to be done one our part for an MP3 player and microphone. Please set that up with him directly at: johnandann@townisp.com
May we have a covered table and chair for greeting and raffle area?
Are there any stipulations on parking that the committee needs to pass along to guests?
Does the Town of Franklin have regulations for large gatherings, raffles that would apply to this event?
