I wanted to inquire about having my son's birthday party at the ELKS. My son's birthday is on November 27th so I was wondering if you have any availability that day or I could do the 28th as well if that works better. Also was wondering if you would allow a traveling petting zoo to be in your facility? I know Jonie Hackett from the Wareham chapter and she said they allow it there, so I am hoping you will allow it at your facility. They are insured and say they clean up after the animals very thoroughly. Please let me know if this would be possible and how much it would to rent the hall for 4-6 hours. Do you do an hourly rate? I don't need it catered. I would just need some tables and chairs. I would be bringing in cake and beverages.
