Another employee, named Clint, is going through the same situation. These gentlemen don't have time to contribute. They always wish Me the-best-of-luck when creating these posts.
When changing his profession, Clint was forced to take a pay-cut.
Thus far, he hasn't gotten any reduction in support payments, although, he's working on trying to lower things to a reasonable level.
His story is quite interesting. His girlfriend broke up with him, and she promptly moved from New Rochelle (New York), all the way to California. He could never understand why she suddenly re-located. She had been a life-long resident of the community. And, close to her family.
I explained to Clint, this is typical amongst ex-wives (or ex-girlfriends) When the COUPLE WAS RENTING.
While, in cases where the couple WERE HOME OWNERS, the woman always stays, in order to maintain possession.
Now, with that said: the reason why she moved across the country, was obviously, to prevent him from seeing the child. Its really that simple.
The Courts probably should've awarded custody to Clint, since he remains within the same community. And, that's what's in the Child's best interest.
