Dale:
The last we spoke I thought you were waiting on a review of your preliminary patent materials from Mr. Flanagan. I thought you told me to sit tight until I heard from you. I believe Lui indicated he would not have time to review the design materials until after April 28 and I thought you understood a response would be forthcoming at that time.
Under our original working agreement, Deighta team was going to fabricate a LENR kit for testing but that has not occurred. Instead you have designed a portable water heater which may or may not be able to use LENR technology when and if that technology is ever developed. Lui will review the design in the next week or so and I understand he will give you his thoughts.
My concern is that our team hasn't done much to advance our understanding of LENR which was the primary goal of our joint venture and to make LENR a useful part of your Dolphin design we remain at the mercy of LENR scientists for a power source for the product not yet available.
I do think the Dolphin appears like an elegant design and with a LENR power source may have great utility, although I defer to Lui on the technical aspects of the design. However, I am concerned that without a LENR power source (and depending on that technology which is yet to be developed, it may or may not be able to use one) the Dolphin may have a much more limited (uncertain at this time) commercial value.
In any event what is it you wish from the Duissan team at this time beside Lui's review which will be forthcoming. |
