I'm not really sure how much more specific I can be. It hurts when walking at the point where you roll the foot from the heel to the ball. When I put pressure on the ball it hurts. It hurts sharply through the arch but also throughout the bones on the top of my foot. When I am not walking it hurts when I flex my foot in any direction but mostly when I bring my toes up toward my leg. Thelevel of pain has not decreased any in the last 24 hours even with rest.
I don't want to go to the doctor because I am in the military and I'am getting ready to go TDY (temporary duty) If they put me on restricted duty I won't be able to go. |
