Hi, I have an update to my posting of a couple of days ago. I was told today there will now be 9 Grand Luxxe buildings. Building 3, 4 and 5 are off the ground however construction has been halted on Building 4 so it can be reconfigured for 3 bedroom units. Building 1 took 2 years to sell out, building 2 took 1 year to sell out and now Luxxe is selling so fast that Vida has 3 new buildings going just to keep up with demand. New contracts that do not involve upgrades have mandatory maintenance fees, so for those who own now, you have a valuable feature with maintenance fees paid only upon use. Prices have apparently increased as well. We ate at Tramonto and it was very good. We are trying Prime 59 tomorrow. Our service and treatment at Grand Luxxe continue to be outstanding and we look forward to retirement so we can spend more time down here |
