Here are answers to some of your questions. You can’t trade golf for massages. We are here now and have had no problem getting golf reservations for 9:00 in the morning. February is high season and you may want to make advanced reservations before you arrive through the concierge. You can make golf reservations up to 30 days in advance. They respond to email at: concierge5nv@grandluxxe.com just fine. The concierge on your floor delivers coffee to your room every morning. You tell the concierge the night before what time. There are Nespesso machine in each unit. They sell the capsules for 30 Pesos each. There is no beach access that we are aware of yet. There is a gym being constructed in Tower 2 but I don’t think it will be completed by February so you will have to go to Mayan Palace (closest) or Grand Mayan. I know nothing about Mansions except that it is very upscale and owners with member numbers containing a “T” can use their weeks to get in. We like Buenos Aires and might want to use the Mansions there when completed so this was of interest to us. I have heard that dinner in your Villa costs approximately $50 per person and a chef does the whole thing in your unit. You schedule this through the concierge and can get prices from them. I hope this helps.
