have had bunions for ever. wear sensible shoes.walk alot.if now i walk around barefoot there is swelling of the bones on the sides. it is hard and painful to touch. is it connected to bunions? have orthotics, these have been adjusted several times and now do not help at all. am sure there is arthritis but want to avoid surgery. in mornings is really uncomfortable to walk .help please. |
