 Subject: looking for my husbands grandfather

Feels like an impossible task to find a grandfather without a name,however have to give it a go. He was stationed at Woollaton Park, there on embarcation night in September 1944. My husbands grandmother's name is Ivy (full name Flora Ivy Wagstaff), she passed away in 2000. Not looking for anything other than perhaps a name and photo. Thanks for your time reading this x
