Hello from Australia, Sharon.
From what you have described re your cracked heels and toes, it would pay you to see a podiatrist who may prescribe some form of "heel balm" or even something like urea 10% in a buffered aqueous cream. Here in our hot dry climate many patients have reported benefits in using the cream on a daily basis. But a podiatrist over your way should be able to advise you further. Hope it all gets better - there's nothing worse than bad foot pain. Cheers.
