EARN UP TO $13.50 / hour
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for servicing, merchandising, and promoting the sale of company products.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain store presentation standards through resets, fixture installation, store sets, retrofits, inventory reconciliation, shelf maintenance, and display maintenance.
- Provide product training to store personnel to drive sales to consumers.
- Generate sales by increasing brand awareness
- Interact with consumers through product demonstrations and trials at assigned stores.
- Assist in home & garden shows
- Contribute to the accomplishment of key performance indicators including safety, quality, production, cost and development.
EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED preferred and;
- 1 to 2 years previous sales or retail experience ideal or
- Mass Merchandising Experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to travel extensively within territory with overnight travel as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and evenings as needed
-** Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 60 lbs.**
