No, it reads "ready", before and after the two start contact switches below the breakers engage but click off after 2 seconds. I have been trying to measure DC volts going to drive motor without much success. There is also a yellow DC relay on the circuit board at the bottom left of control box with a red led light that stays on, I replaced that relay, it did not change anything. I have been looking for wiring diagram on the internet with no luck.
