Following an MRI report for footpain which I've had over 6 months the specialist says basically tendonitis of the foot. Being a dancer I did use my feet a lot and also have a high arch foot. Is there anything you can do to get rid of tendonitis. Will it go away on its own. Would a cortisone injection help? Your imput would be appreciated.
