Recently, I've experienced extremely sharp spasms in the sole of my foot, approximately at the midpoint between my heel and toes. Previously, I'd only experience one in a day, and had this happen only about 5 times over the course of several months. Today, though, I've already had about 5 of them.
The spasms last only about 2 or 3 seconds, but are surprising and painful enough to interrupt me mid-conversation, or make me stop whatever I'm doing. It feels like someone is pushing a pin into my foot. When it first happened, I thought I had been stung by a bee or something.
Anyway, the really strange thing is that I simultaneously feel a spasm/cramp in my vagina, but not very deep. The pain there is not as bad, but it's still serious.
Any ideas on what is causing this and how to get it to stop? I don't have any other spasms or cramps, and my health and diet are otherwise fine.
