I'm deployed to Iraq right now and I'm starting to have some serious foot pain. My feet have been pretty strange as long as I can remember. First, I don't have arches. Alot of times it feels like the muscles in my instep are seizing up and I have to wait for that to pass. Also, all my toes except my pinky toes point out instead of straight. On both feet. And I also have bunions that are very prominent. They hurt all the time now. I saw my battalion's PA, and she told me that I need to tape them up. When I do that I can barely walk. Since I'm in Iraq, I can't see a podiatrist because there aren't any theatre. Does anyone have any ideas what the deal is and if all those problems are related?
