I have recently noticed that all of my dress shoes are far more comfortable than my many pairs of athletic shoes. The athletic shoes give me a discomfort around the outside portion of the ball of my foot on the underside. It almost feels as if there is a bar running underneath that area of my foot. I do not have this problem in my flat work/dress shoes and my feet feel great all day. Also, my feet feel great in my soccer shoes which are also flat. Does this mean I may have flat feet or should I invest in an orthotic? |
