In a forum venue such as this, the responder's entire knowledge of the questioner's problem is limited to the precise words used by the questioner, and you really haven't offered very much of anything in the way of specifics. I tend to feel from your question that you might believe that your problem either flowed from your bunion deformity or the failed results of your surgery, but you do not clearly make that assertion. So, being left with only guesses, not based on any definitive facts, I would suggest that one of the things which MIGHT be considered is rheumatoid arthritis, as prominent, rocker-like balls of the feet with little fat padding beneath the bones is common in that condition when it affects the feet. But that is merely a guess, and may not be at all applicable to you. In any event, you need a hands-on diagnosis rather than blind opinion from those who cannot physical examine your foot. See a podiatrist whose credentials you have checked out. |
