Some of your symptoms are at least somewhat consistent with plantar fasciitis and some are not. So, without a hands-on physical examination and evaluation, it would be impossible to offer meaningful thoughts. I would, however, recommend that you consider a podiatrist over your family doc for a diagnosis and possible treatment for resolution of your problem.
