I know of no studies or definitive clinical evidence which suggest that a Morton's neuroma is more common either in those with feet which also demonstrate hammering of the toes or feet subjected to non-injury creating repetitive low-grade trauma (I assume the "kicking situation" to which you refer is associated with some sort of sports activity (football, soccer, etc.) If you are speaking of board-breaking, as in marshall arts training, such is certainly a recipe for all sorts of injuries and disorders which may or may not contribute to the formation of a symptomatic neuroma.
