I am training for a marathon and have a callus on the outside of my right foot. I saw a doc who cut away the dead skin, however it is still painful. I am wearing flip flops and trying not to add any pressure on it unless I'm running. Any other good suggestions for helping it to heal quicker? The marathon is in 6 weeks. It doesn't hurt while I'm running, it's sore afterward. |
