It is my first time with this forum. Recently I experienced a sensation in the left foot that felt like a lump when I walked. It has now in both feet. It is like I have a rock under that part of the foot when I walk. When I first get up in the morning its not bad, but after the gym or walking during the day, it is very noticeable. Any thought\? I still have a sensation in that part of the foot..although the toes are numb in spots now.
