I am currently have severe pain in my heels when I get up to walk. It feels like my heart is beating in my heals. It is a trobbing pain. I gets better after I take several steps however the pain is really bad at times. I thought it might be heel spurs however from all I have read that does not fit the way my heels are hurting.
Do you have any suggestions on what it might be?
