Hello. I exercise on an elliptical machine--have for 6 years. A month ago I began to experience a number of symptoms in my left foot: throbbing pain, and worst of all, a lack of coordination. My foot doesn't want to land normally. It's as if my foot is asleep but without the "pins and needles". Walking and standing are no problem. The problem is unique to my elliptical workout--which I love! The pain is under the big toe and includes the arch. I use motion control/maximum stability shoes with powersole inserts. Any advice?
