Believe you me, I can sympathize with your pain, and NO, you do not have to live with this. I had mortons neuromas in both feet for years and years, and visiting so many docs for this and that - nothing seemed to subside the tremendous pain I was in. I was very fortunate to find a foot surgeon who removed them from both my feet, and it was a very successful surgery! You need to find a good surgeon, who knows what they are doing, and believe me you will be a very new person.
I remember times when I could not wear closed shoes, including winter, and I felt like an old maid wearing berkenstocks everywhere! It was just awful. Today I am a new person, however a couple of years ago I felt a slight pain back, but to this day, it DOES NOT COMPARE TO THE AGONIZING YEARS THAT I LIVED WITH MORTONS NEUROMAS!
