This would depend on the type of bunion surgery you are having and the type of job you have. There are many different types of procedure some involve the removal of bone and some involve the cutting of bone. It would be very difficult to go back to work if they are cutting the metatarsal bone and shifting the joint back into a corrected position. If you MUST go back to work on Tuesday I would pick a time period that you can rest your foot and take all the time you need to recover. Good luck.

I just had a consultation done today and the podiatrist said I would have surgery on Friday and I could be back to work on Tuesday! Is that possible?
