Hello .. I have archilles tendonitis and burning soles and soreness, pulling feeling at sides of ankles (tendons there) heels get sore too. I have orthotics and am having massage on the legs and trying to overcome the "tightness" in my muscles there. I have a good diet not too many acids, e.g. alcohol. I am getting (i think) gout in my 2nd last toe .. left leg .. it is painful, red and sore to touch. It seems to appear with ONLY ONE GLASS OF RED WINE .. next morning!! I am looking at liver cleansing and have got down my cholesterol to around 5.4.or so. i HAD A cholesterol of 7.5 so without pills got that down with more sensible eating. I am 53 kilos. and try to get some exercise, bikes, swimmng and am a busy person . My feet could improve i hope .. i realise that the holistic approach is the way to go but have tight tendons and muscles .. am now 67 . Thanks for your advice.
