My brother suffers from dry, cracked and bleeding feet. He must always wear socks which seems to keep his feet from becoming so dry, probably because socks hold the moisture in. Walking is painful at times. He also has noticed a white powdery substance inside his socks and shoes. When he has his family practitioner, he was given the name of a possible disease but he can't remember it. The doctor didn't give him many details ... only that this "disease" usually causes sterility. Any information would be appreciated.
