Hello,
I have recently been having pain in my right foot when walking, running, and sometimes not standing at all.
I had 2 things happen just before noticing this that I wonder might have caused it. One was wearing some very flat shoes with no support. I only wore them a couple times, but had to walk more than I had wanted both times.
The other was someone dropped a full can (of Pepsi) on my foot in the general area that it hurts. I don't know if this may have bruised it and it still hasn't healed. Both things took place about a month-month and a half ago.
The pain is mainly around my big toe's joint. I play softball, and when running it seems to trigger the pain. The bump on that foot (right) seems to be larger than the one on the left foot too. My mom has bunions so maybe it is just that, but its only my right foot and I don't normally wear tight or high heeled shoes.
I am debating on going to my family doctor for this as I don't know if it will go away or if she will even have an answer-or just send me to another doctor ($$$). If it could be a problem I will definitly just go, but I wanted to see if anyone had some advice.
Thanks (sorry so long) |
