Hello--recently I have been having pain in the joints of my big toes on both feet. They are slightly swollen, but the swelling is on top of the foot, not the side, like a bunion. I rarely wear high heeled shoes--in fact I pretty much live in sneakers and flip flops. I am just wondering if it is possible to have a bunion on the top of your foot, rather than the side? or if this could be a different condition? Thank you.
