Help? My nine year old daughter has been complaining about a pain on the side of her foot. There is actually a "knot" on the outside of her foot opposite of her arch. After looking at many foot diagrams it looks like it could be at the bottom of the last (5th) metatarsal. She is a competitive cheerleader and does a lot of gymnastics. Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks
