Unless you are attempting to describe a common hammertoe, if it is limited to the 4th toe on one foot, based on your statement that you apparently are able to dorsiflex the toe completely back onto the dorsum of the foot (if I understand you correctly), it would more likely be an absence or defect of the the joint capsule and flexor tendon to that toe rather than some named genetic disorder. On the other hand, if your parents or siblings demonstrate the same abnormality, it might be named after your family.
