My husband has reoccurring foot pain. It seems like when the weather warms up, his feet start to hurt. He describes the pain as itching and burning on the surface of the skin. We have tried just about every cream and nothing helps. I have noticed that he gets little "pits" for lack of better words on the ball of his feet when the pain starts to act up. They almost look like small craters of some sort. He also has pain more deep down, like a muscle ache. The last podiatrist we went to gave him arches and said that he does not have enough arch support and that his feet muscles are just over worked. The pain in his feet is so bad that even walking bare foot on the carpet is bothersome. I have been worried about neuropathy from diabetes (he is hypoglycemic but not yet diagnosed with diabetes) and I also worry about metal toxicity (he is a welder and breathes in the smoke all the time) If any one has any good advise I would love to hear from you. clbarker69@hotmail.com |
