I have foot issues (who doesn't). I tend to roll to the outside of my feet. Have had orthotics for awhile now (not super religious about wearing them though). I also have plantar fasciitis(received my 3rd cortisone injection in January-if and when it wears off it's surgery time). Now, I am having pain on the outside of that same foot. The pain is not always the same intensity, but has no pattern like the fasciitis. If you put pressure on it, the pain is intense. I'm thinking a stress fracture, but can it be something else? |
