I would like to know if having hammer toe could be a worker copmensation case. As a female we all know that we wear high heels for work. One reason for wearing the high heel was for the dress code of wearing a dress or suite to work and the style has always been to wear the high heels. Having these shoes on all day and standing to file, etc. lots of walking I think could cause hammer toe. Are there any facts to support this. I do not wear high heels all the time most of the time have been for work. After work I am a jeans girl. I know standing alot at work has caused me to have hammer toe and I really need to know if there is any information for this to be worked related. I know years ago that the medical field did not accept carpal tunnel for workers' compensation, but now they do. Any help in this?
Thanks,
