I had a protrusion on the ankle bone. I had surgery 9 weeks ago to have it removed. I thought I had sprained my ankle years ago, but the surgeon said it looked like I had actually broken it and it was not treated. I have had trouble with range of motion, swelling and nerves healing since the surgery. I am currently taking physical therapy 2 times a week. The therapy has helped with the swelling and I'm just starting exercising for strength.
