severe cracked heels HELP
as a Concretor i have to finish slabs with thongs,over the past few years my heels have been to hell and back. a weekly occurance for me is to practicly slice the whole heel off with a stanley knife .taking a pad off my heel of about4mm thick unfortunatly i now have a crack about8-10mm deep and about20mm long bleeding can hardly walk .but have to work everyday cant rest
any advise please or help cures anything
