I do not know how to describe what my feet do , but the closest is that they are "itchy-twitchy". I do not know if it is an off shoot of Restless Legs Syndrome, but the soles of my feet make me cringe. I can not sleep for nights at a time and my always awakened by my feet. There are no open sores or anything visible and I do not have diabetes or hepatitis C. But, I have the constant need to rub them on scratchy surfaces. It really does not do any good. In the beginning it would happen in the car a lot as a passenger. I would take of my socks and shoes and rub my feet. I practically begged people to let me out of the car and walk. Then it developed into a night time thing as well and now it is a constant feeling. As I am sitting here tying it is my right foot and I have to be on my tiptoes with my heel in the air and foot arched tightly. If someone could give me some advise I would be eternally grateful.
