IRMS now accepts CIGNA, Aetna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, QualCare, GHI in New Jersey (administered by Qualcare) and Saint Barnabas health plans.

Dear "Anon,"
We usually recommend against flying until your pregnancy is well underway,so that we are assured that 1) the pregnancy is in the uterus and 2) that all is progressing. Since most miscarriages happen in the first trimester, we like this reassurance as we would not want our patients in a "far-away" place if something happened like vaginal bleeding or pain.
