IRMS now accepts CIGNA, Aetna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, QualCare, GHI in New Jersey (administered by Qualcare) and Saint Barnabas health plans.

Dear dp,
Probably either day is ok. Think about it this way: you probably are ovulating about 36 hours after you detect the surge (the surge starts 48 hours before ovulation but you don't always test at that hour when the surge begins). So if you test in the morning and it's positive, be active that night. It gives the sperm a chance to make it up there to the egg.
