I am doing the EPP and on day 2 my E2 was 220, then day 5 (after 3 days of meds) it was 127, day 7 (after 5 days of meds)it was 212. Today is day 8 (after 6 days of meds) and it dropped to 157. My dose is high (450 Gonal and 1 menopur) so they havent raised it.

My ultrasound yesterday on morning of day 7 (after 5 days of meds) showed nothing over 10 mm (1 at 9, and 4-5 smaller). I go back tomorrow for more blood and ultrasound.

Does this sounds like I may get cancelled? In the past 4 cycles my E2 has never dropped or plateaued.
Thanks for your insight.
