Hi Emily,
Your writing about sovereignty "blew my hair back"☺️ At first I found my self to intimidated to respond. I am thinking that when I am sovereign I am in my own power and at the same time powerless. I find that power has a hook that is released when I recognize that I am powerless.
Helping other's is easier than asking for help. I think it is important for growth to experience the need and to ask for help. As a sovereign person the gift is no fear. I think a lot of people fear dying. I do not. So at this point I guess I am sovereign.
